Dr Tsahtsarlis is a Neurosurgeon with extensive experience in the surgical management of a wide variety of spinal conditions including traumatic, degenerative, and tumour pathologies. He completed a complex spine fellowship with the University of Calgary, where he further developed minimally invasive techniques to address the most challenging of cases. Tony has remained at the forefront of developing technologies, using intraoperative neuro-navigation and imaging to increase patient safety and expedite recovery from surgery. Tony is an integral member of the Spine Trauma Team at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. He is currently the Director of Neurosurgery at the Mater Hospital and the supervisor of the Mater Minimally Invasive Spine Fellowship Program.
